This award-winning lobby repositioning for the 10-30 S Wacker, CME building designed by KSA is part of the substantial improvements implemented by Tishman Speyer to bring the office property back to a competitive A+ rating. In collaboration with the material supplier (Porcelanosa) RKO provided Design Assist services for the building 100,000 sf solid surface cladding. A highly complex and technologically challenging design:

·       Technical detailing and specifications assistance for the wall and ceiling cladding.

·       Coordination with the new curved structural glass enclosure

·       Budgeting

·       Design alternates

·       Construction supervision
