 First project in Chicago by the New York based Morris Adjmi Architects (MA). The design of the 31-story residential tower balances the industrial history of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood with the city’s reach modernist tradition in a striking and original look. RKO provided Design Assist services for the building envelope from the Design Development phase through Construction. Services Included are:
